Contact Form 7 – amoCRM – Integration – Instructions

Step 1 – Installation

Note: This plugin requires the Contact Form 7 plugin.
Note: The plugin requires a minimum 5.4 PHP version.

WordPress admin dashboard:

  1. Go to `Plugins` -> `Add New`.
  2. Click `Upload Plugin`.
  3. Upload `Contact Form 7 – amoCRM – Integration` plugin zip file.
  4. Activate it after the upload is complete.

Manual upload – FTP, SSH, SFTP etc:

  1. Unzip `Contact Form 7 – amoCRM – Integration` plugin zip file.
  2. Upload it to your `WordPress` plugin directory (usually /wp-content/plugins ).
  3. Go to `Admin` -> `Plugins` and activate it.

Step 2 – Crm integration settings

Go to the Contact Form 7 -> Integration.

Find “Integration with amoCRM” and click the button “Go to setup”.

Enter the domain name of your account amoCRM (without http:// or https://).

Enter the login of your account amoCRM. Your should have permissions to adding contacts and deals in amoCRM.

Enter the API key. You can find it on the settings page amoCRM account (your_amoCRM_domain/settings/profile/)

(ONLY FOR DEALS) If your use Google Analytics for monitoring your statistics, your can get more data. Enter the Google Analytics Tracking ID.

Save settings.

Add send data in AmoCRM. (your_amoCRM_domain/settings/pipeline/leads/). The setup of data transfer in Google Analytics can only be setup for one status of each pipeline.


Step 3 – Form settings

Go to the Contact Form 7. Open the form which your want to send to amoCRM.

Open tab amoCRM.

Set checkbox “Send the lead to amoCRM”.

Choose the type of a lead that will be generated in CRM (Deal, Contact, Incoming lead).

Fill fields for the selected type. And click “Save” button.

When sending the form, the data will be transferred to amoCRM.

Below is an example of the filled-in fields for a contact type.

Another type is filled in by analogy.
